  I met up with the seller locally. It was pouring rain outside and he was even willing to go out of his way to meet me since I use public transit. I declined but what a nice gesture. Also, again, because of the rain he wrapped it up in a travel friendly case to make sure the graphics card didn't get wet. Everything works as expected, thanks Ken!
