    Purchased 2x Windows 7 Pro Licenses keys .. Updated

    After payment was received it took nearly two weeks before a response was given. After the keys were promised the following week it took another week before the keys were sent. I think close to 4 weeks is longer than general expectation especially for license keys. The keys provided where Windows 7 Ultimate though Windows 7 Pro keys were requested. This is not a huge deal but I would have preferred Pro as I had requested as I have no need for the additional feature Ultimate provides and I did not have Ultimate media. I was assisted by the seller with obtaining media for Ultimate and have since installed Windows successfully and verified the authenticity of the keys. While this was not a negative experience as I did receive what in the end what I feel is acceptable in regards to what was purchased I do not feel that the overall experience with this transaction was positive.

    UPDATE: After about a year or so with the Ultimate keys they have since been flagged as non-genuine by MS. I reached to to New2019 and he provided me with one Windows 10 key to replace the two Windows 7 Pro Keys I originally order (though received Windows 7 Ultimate keys). This key appears to be working but I am not sure for how long. 2nd Update: The seller has since contacted me and provided me with additional keys to compensate. I appreciate the effort made to contact me and attempts to resolve the issue.
