    Long story. I purchased a laptop. He forgot to ship. I asked PayPal for refund. Then he shipped after 3 weeks. I got the refund. I sent payment again. It's all good. My mom loved her laptop for her bday even though it was late. Shit happens! He gave me a discount for the hassle.
