Pleasant experience. Answered all my questions about the item before committed to buy. Worked with me on shipping because I was traveling during the holidays. Originally was going to get the item next week, but he shipped out sooner than expected to get it to me at where I was for the holidays. Super communicative the whole time. Laptop came in a very protective backpack in a large box. Great seller!
