    I purchased a used Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 with extended battery keyboard.

    Derek was extremely quick and thorough answering my questions about the tablet before I paid. When he went to reset the tablet to factory settings he noticed a minor screen imperfection, shared a picture of it and offered a discount or a full refund.

    I opted to keep the tablet with discount. He shipped promptly and packaged the tablet very well. I am surprised how snappy this thing is for an Atom CPU and hardly notice the screen blemish. Thanks!
