    I offered him an Antec USB/eSATA external hard drive enclosure for the price of shipping.

    Excellent person to deal with - a very favorable experience. I didn't want to overcharge for shipping, so I sent the enclosure out first and he agreed to pay the shipping cost afterwards. Not only did he keep his word, he sent a little extra. :) Great communication despite him being on vacation at the time. I would definitely do business again with Pagan_Ranger.
