  His communication was great. I was having issues at first getting the new card up and running, not the cards fault it is my mobo, and he helped troubleshoot and was there every step of the way. He even offered to refund me completely if I couldn't get it to work right.
  
  It was packaged nicely in a static proof cover, very fast shipping. I highly recommend buying off grimham.
