    Communication was excellent, shipping was quick, and packing was excellent. The laptop was (in my opinion), in even better condition than described, but the seller made sure that I was aware of every tiny nick (both from verbal descriptions and detailed pictures). All in all, the experience could not really have been better. Thanks!
