    Great communication. Packed sufficiently (USPS obviously dragged my package behind the truck based on the condition the box arrived in) enough to still work after taking a bruising! Speedy shipping. Sent me an extra power cable. I've already called dibs on the next one of these up for sale by him, so don't even try it!
