    Bought a Dell Chromebook.

    Excellent communication throughout the entire deal. Einz was kind enough to answer multiple questions I had, and sent me pictures on request. Received the Chromebook in a very well packaged box with lots of bubble wrap. Unit arrived with a fresh install of the OS and a fully charged battery.
