  The item was packaged great, and looked great. But it didn't work in my system. I had to RMA it, but seller did provide me a reciept. While I was a little disheartened at getting an item that was not working, I don't believe the seller in any sold it knowing that it was broken. Sometimes this happens. I was initially going to leave a nuetral post because it took a while to get heat from the user, but I really think it's just a 1 off bad situation. The seller has made a bunch of other people happy, and I did eventually get a working 1070ti for a great price. It just took a little longer than I was expecting :)
