    I traded my iphone for his windows key and cash

    I received the key immediately and cash upfront and then shipped out the iphone. Key worked as expected, and seller was great to deal, had perfect communication throughout the transaction. Would recommend anyone trade with him.

    I definitely dropped the ball on this trade as I didnt fully reset the phone like I thought I did, and it caused some extra aggravation for the buyer, and it was definitely unfair to him. I did try to help in any way I could and offered to take the phone back and pay for shipping, but he got it working and was okay with it. I sent a refund for the windows key for the extra frustration I put him through, and thoroughly apologized for my nonsense. Was a learning lesson for me, and will definitely not drop the ball like this again. I definitely appreciate the good communication and patience on the buyers end, and would gladly trade with them again if the gave me the opportunity.
