  I bought an HP RX 550 GPU and paid via Paypal-CC.

  Runt. was the Seller on January 22, 2019 HardForum

  Fair communication. GPU was in an anti-static bag and padded with a couple of foam pieces to prevent it from moving within the USPS flat rate box it was shipped in. Item arrived within a few days (including weekend) and most importantly works as expected. I would do business with this seller again.
