  Wasn't sure if I had a dead CPU or not and didn't have the means or time to find out. Jeremy was kind enough to take the risk of buying the CPU from me. He tested it out and immediately found it indeed was dead. Pointed out to me what was wrong and returned it promptly without being upset.
  
  I would deal with him again.
