Bought a used RTX 2070 founders edition with paypal

Item arrived exactly as shown in pictures. It looked well taken care of and almost new. The card came in a bubble wrap sleeve in a foam cutout. The shipping was very fast and I would buy more parts from this seller if I had the chance.
