  I bought a used MSI RX480 GamingX 4G card using paypal. They shipped promptly and I had the card in my hands within days.

  Card was packed really well, but things hit a bump where card was acting oddly, which was later determined to be the heatsink not making proper contact. Chesney was very accommodating throughout the process and it was all resolved without disputes or sending cards back. It just took a little while longer before I could play a few games with it.
