  I bought 2 used HP EliteBook 8440p laptops.

  Excellent communication. The laptops were packaged very well with bubble wrap. The laptops were shipped quickly. I did have an issue with the batteries being dead and thinking that the laptop was at fault by not charging them. After some suggestions from Lateralus, the laptops were fine. It was simply a dead battery. He was kind enough to offer paying for a replacement battery, and sent me a refund via paypal. Best part of this deal - the communication! Thanks for the deal and the refund for the dead battery.
