    Absolutely ideal dude to deal with. I actually didn't realize I sent a chip with some bent pins, but he went out of the way to fix it and not give a scene about it. I completely accept that it was my inexperience with AMD chips so I was glad to deal with someone who was able to not only work with me, but take the time to give positive educational feedback.
