    I bought a PNY GTX 1070 XLR8 using Paypal.

    Seller was forth coming with all details of the product. They even made a video to demonstrate the small issue with the fan on the card. The video card was shipped quickly inside a GPU box with adequate padding and in an anti-static bag. The video card came as described and worked very well. Would buy from again in a heart beat.
