  We traded and cross-shipped my 6900XT for his RTX 3080.

  We both agreed to swap cards where I had my card in hand while his was being stepped-up through EVGA; I was to receive the RTX 3080 from them. He had them ship me the 3080 very quickly to me and it pretty much arrived to my door the next afternoon while my card is still traveling across the country to him. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend.
