  I bought an MSI RX 480 4GB GPU, used in-box.

  Communication was great, was willing to ship UPS, as USPS has been less than on-time lately. Fairly happy with card, had some issues, but I think those may be AMD driver issues. Not 100% sure yet, but so far, so good for the last few days. Not their fault. Building a rig with used gear from multiple people doesn't always work out perfectly.
  
  Gave me a VERY fair price, all things considered, with the current GPU market. Would purchase again, was packed well.
