    The keyboard fell short of his expectations and rather than maligning me with bad feed back , he gave me an opportunity to make good on the sale. Much appreciated. Frankly , I am not sure how the keyboard ended up the way that it did but I am grateful for the opportunity to address his concerns. Excellent buyer. No worries here.
