  Great and timely communication. Shipped items on the next business day. Shipped in original boxes and with plenty of bubble wrap and air pillows. Thankfully he did because UPS sure did a number on the box itself. Have only tried 3 of the hard drives yet but they are working perfectly as if they were new.
