  I bought two i7-4770 CPUs from Ins0mnyteq on Hardforum. Paid on Jan 26th. He said he was going to ship that day or the next day, but heard nothing afterward, no tracking number. I asked on Feb 8th if the CPUs had shipped and he gave a shifty non-answer, and then disappared. Last activity on hardforum over a week ago. The processors would have arrived a long time ago at this point if he had actually sent them.
