    Jalaram contacted me regarding interest in a docking station I had available, but was concerned about linux compatibility. After reviewing his Heat, and a brief glance at his forum activity I deemed it safe enough to send him a unit for testing, if it didn't work out for him, that all he had to do was send it back. He provided excellent communication throughout the process and upon satisfactory testing concluded it would work for his use case.
