  This guy went the extra MILE and a HALF! He didn't have the Ulead software that I thought came with the card so he went out and traded someone for it, just so he could add it to the deal to make me happy. EXCELLENT communication throughout, and he packages things so well that even USPS cant hurt them! I HIGHLY recommend him. A+++
