    He was selling a high end laptop at a good price and I needed a replacement. I was deployed overseas at the time and he went out of his way to help me try to get it mailed to an APO. Turns out there was new APO regulations that we found out the hard way but he went above and beyond in trying to help. Would easily buy again, no fear with $1K+ items.
