    Bought a Dell PII/450 System.

    Jonathan is extremely pleasent to deal with and very quick to respond to inquiries. He had this system at a great price and I bought it.
    He kept close contact, I received it professionally packed and quickly.
    Unfortunately the hdd and floppy drive didn't survive the trip. Jonathan was as perplexed as I was but immediately offered to make it right, offering me my choice of a different (Larger) hdd or a cash refund. Due to my brand preferences I took the refund which he promptly sent.
    If you get a chance to deal with this guy jump at it!
    Totally professional, honest and friendly.
