  This trader is absolutely awesome! Unfortunately, in the shipment of the printer, the power supply must have fallen out of the box. Kim was very understanding about the issue, and I made sure to get him another power supply by purchasing one off of eBay. While this deal took nearly 6 weeks to complete, thanks to slow shipments by USPS, and the lost power supply, Kim was very patient, and kept in constant contact. Definately a great trader, and one I would deal with again anytime!
