    great communication and honesty! I had already paid him for his P166 computer when he noticed the motherboard wasn't working correctly. we couldn't work out a compromise, so he promptly refunded my money. although the deal ended up falling through, his easy refund shows that's he is trustworthy and a good guy. *highly* recommended!
