  Bought a Mother Board from Networkman.

  FrostyPhrog was the Seller on September 19, 2001 AnandTech

  We sealed the deal very quickly and I mailed the MO out the next day. Rich sent the MB out on saturday the 22nd. When the MB did not arive after five days I contacted Rich and he found that one of the employees where he mails out all of his packages had put it on a shelf and didn't tell anyone. Rich went out of his way to find out the problem, and resolved it very quickly. He was also very apologtic. I would do business with him if the situation ever arises again. Very nice person and very helpful. Also great communication through out the whole deal.
