  Bought what was supposed to be a used but legal copy of WIN98SE with COA

  baffled2 was the Seller on March 16, 2002 AnandTech

  This trader shipped me a Win98 upgrade cd in a case with a product key ripped from someplace else on the inside of the jewel case.NO COA. When I asked this person to get postage to me to send this clearly not as described item back, he became dismissive,told me to simply "throw it away" as he wished to be done with the conversation. I have never given less than a positive eval but am doing so now because I have to wonder just
  what this trader was trying to sell me anyway? I was very specific as to what I needed. If it was a legal copy of the upgrade wouldn't anybody want it returned to them ?
