  BatmanNate was the Seller on August 31, 2001 AnandTech

  I paid first, he sent, and one of the neons failed. We worked through the situation and we decided to have me send it back to him for testing, and indeed it was dead, so without hesitation he replaced it with 2 larger neons. This trade went above and beyond my expectations even through hassle and time on the account of faulty components. This trader belongs in the exceptional book!
