  I bought an older video card from Pulsar. The price was right, and communication was very good throughout the deal. Shipping was a couple days later than promised, but Pulsar let me know why - so it wasn't a big deal. The card was very well packaged and protected when it arrived.

  I would deal with Pulsar again any time.
