  Carl sold me a brand new Toshiba cable modem.

  kt was the Seller on April 28, 2002 AnandTech

  Since we both have Heatware evals, we decided to cross-ship. He shipped out the cable modem same day as I mailed the money order to him. I received the cable modem first. It was as he described, brand new in box and nicely packaged.
