  Chris was excellent in dealing w/ me as I tried to bargain him down lower, get him to ship first, and all the stuff that a bargainer like myself would try ;) He had the utmost in patience as I left this heat about a week late! He was VERY prompt about shipping, DC#, heatware (he even left it first too), and email answers to my various questions! I would HIGHLY recommend this trader to anyone considering!
