    Bought his Modem

    amonline was the Seller on March 31, 2002 AnandTech

    I sent Paypal on 4-1-02. The modem arrived 5-01-2 exactly one month later after a few PM\'s inquiring about the modem.

    Shipping was from Canada via ground parcel post which would account for the late arrival. I offered to ship it via Xpresspost with tracking for an additional charge, but I recieved no response, hence the reason I chose hte cheaper + slower shipping method. There was no communication after the transaction, I was not told he was unhappy with the modem at all and I recieved this neutral evaluation without being given notice or the option to make it up to him. I'm sorry Sean felt he had to give me a poor evaluation. More attention to maintaining a good line of communication thoughout the transaction should be given by this trader.
