  when i shipped teddy my mp3 player, it was damaged in the mail. he was very good about negotiating compensation for the damage. He helped me to get pictures of the damaged item and to seek compensation for myself from the shipping company. After the deal was complete, Teddy also helped me out by giving me some thumb screws. I definatly recommend trading with him. A+
