  I cannot not say enough about John, and the dealing I had w/ him...but I'll try; first off I made a mistake in my description of the software I sent him...I said it was the "full version", when in fact it was the "upgrade"..Doh! Did he get mad...no, he was extremely polite and understanding, in fact through the entire process he was professional, prompt, understanding and beyond reproach. My limited vocabulary unfortunately does not allow me to articulate or express the depth of my appreciation for his guidance, and patience...He is truly an ideal mentor for a new trader such as my self. Quite simply, EXCELLENT! Oh, I forgot to mention his payment was lightining fast also. Folks..John ,A.K.A Mastertech01 is the MAN!..A GENTLEMAN. :)
