As a newbie without any references, I asked that he ship first but he was uncomfortable with that arrangement. So, I paypal'd a portion of the overall payment as a show of good faith. Miles then shipped the ram. It was well packaged and arrived in a timely fashion. I then paypal'd the reamaining balance. All in all a smooth transaction and now miless has his first Heatware eval. :)
