Laptop arrived with screen defects (bright spots), as well as a dead battery (batt was \"untested\" but he had clearly been using the laptop), and very loud hard drive.

I sent the hard drive back and requested a partial refund. He gave excuses as to why he did not have any money at that time.

I waited it out, reminding him every month or two. Eventually gave up and he has still yet to make good on the deal.
