He did not send the full trade as promised. He left out the hard drive, on top of that, packaging was very poor, I'm surprised that the package made it in one piece. One of the cpus had wear on the corner of the core. I have not fully tested it out, so at this point, I have no idea if it has errors.

Due to my delay in getting back with him, I decided to keep this "questionable" item to make up for the delay and go ahead and ship him my ALMOST NEW card. It should have been sent back on the spot.

Futhermore he claims to be questioning my trade ethics, when, certainly, he should look in the mirror.

now the problem is everything positive i did except i didnt email him delivery confirmation even though i did my end and he got it in a timely fashion and happy too with ram
just because i didnt email him teh delivery confirmation he gives me a neutral
since it got there and he loves it i think he should forget and forgive but he didnt so i am giving him a neutral for fairness
