Communication was excellent, they were very quick to respond to messages. Keycap sets were packed in plastic bags, wrapped in paper, inside of a cardboard box. Packaging was good. Keycaps were in the condition stated in the post, were mailed out the next business day, and arrived two days after shipment. Overall, it was an extremely good experience. I would definitely trade with schylarker again.
