I would not trade with this person again. I would advise to get paid up front or have him ship first if you chose to deal with him.

There are two transactions covered here: first i sold a tube of AS to him and was sent cash in an envelope (not by MO which I asked for.) second deal I sold some tailed fans w/grilles and did not get paid for two months. After contacting SuperDave (Ars Mod) communications were re-established. Payment was not directly forthcoming afterwards but only came after threat of legal action. All this BS for <$18.00!

August 5th was the beginning of our transaction where I emailed Josh to make a deal for three DVDs. I mailed Josh his money order on the 7th with the expectation that he would cross-ship. Now I know I shouldnt have as I have to date NOT received anything from him. I emailed SuperDave (Agora Mod) to help straighten this out.

Josh responded with apologies and said he would ship the DVDs and refund my money. That has not happened.
I will not ever deal with this person again and I would caution you to not trade with him.

I purchased an Asus mobo from Dustin that was to be RMAed and then shipped to me. I didnt hear from him for quite awhile... When I finally did get a hold of him down to finish the trade, he told me all the info for the RMA was gone. When pressed, he said he had the info, but that he had moved and the package was lost/stolen/misdirected. When pressed again to either refund my $$ or finish the trade he offered some items up to make good. I settled on a SMC router and got it shortly thereafter.
