Paid Ronnie immediately following the agreed-upon price of $162.00. Immediately after payment I sent an email requesting that the item be shipped priority with Delivery Confirmation. Ronnie stated that it would be shipped the next day. He didn't actually ship it for several days. (Supposedly)

I waited 10 days and still hadn't received the card in the mail. I contacted him about this and he told me that because he had to pay for shipping he sent it standard parcel post with no tracking or DC. I filed a complaint with Paypal as he said that he would not refund my money because he said that I probably got it and that I was trolling him.
