User silent is a good guy to deal with. The card was seriously delayed in transit by the USPS and the card, although well packed (overpacked even) was damaged. Our terms were for insurance and all transactions final, and he understood that. As compensation however, I have offered him an item of his choice free if he pays shipping as I still feel bad about it all.
