Communication was amazing. Very quick to respond and answered any/all questions to satisfaction. The card was packed in the original box with foam insert, anti-static bag, and even included the driver CD. This was packed in your standard brown shipping box. Shipping box was a bit dented on arrival (thanks USPS) but had no affect on the product.

Card was shipped the same day payment was sent, which was a huge plus. Overall was a very pleasant experience and would definitely make another purchase in the future.
