I sold him a Dell Precision 390. After everything went down as described below, I contacted heatware admins, and a MOD at [H]. Locutus, the MOD at [H], told me hearing back from heatware admins may take a while, and to go ahead and respond to his neutral.
Dposcorp was the Seller on November 8, 2011 HardForum
Lets recall the way this went down.
1st)I never offered to sell you the item. You saw it posted in one of the many threads I posted in, and contacted me saying you would buy it. My mistake was thinking you were one of the people I already spoke to.
2nd) The PC tested fine before I sent it, EXCEPT for the front USB ports. Something could have gone wrong during shipping, or maybe something happened when you used it. Regardless, when I realized you were unhappy, I offered you a full refund, including the cost to ship it back, once you sent it back to me.
3rd) You didn?ÇÖt even want to return it right away, but instead offered to take a partial discount and buy your own board; then you changed your mind on that.
4th) when I told you to send it back, you wasted time trying to negotiate a partial trade of one of the SATA cables in it. I told you NO, send it back exactly as it was sent.
5th) you claimed to not have the approximately $20 it would cost to ship it for at least a week and could I send you that cost up front. Like most traders, I wait until I get a item back before issuing any refunds, but I felt bad for you, so I sent you the cost of shipping.
I sent you $20 on Oct 29, 2011.
6th) When I next heard back from you, you sent the following "Wasn't able to ship it today because once I got it to FedEx they said it would be $21.80 to ship as they weighed it at 36lbs and I have $20.30 in my checking account after the $20 had cleared so I won't be able to ship it until Friday which sucks for me I guess."
(Sucked for me too still having to deal with you for $1.80? WTF)
7)The worse part about this was all your LYING.
A)All this time you were telling me that you would leave me positive heatware since I was working hard to make everything right.
B)The SATA ports ARE NOT bad...the machine is here and ALL are working fine.
C)It was YOUR fault you were out cash and a PC for so long, the first two weeks was your fault for not shipping back ASAP; sorry that you didn?ÇÖt have the cash for that, even though I sent you the money. Also, you were not without a machine; you were using mine until you sent it back.
I however am out the $40+ cash from dealing with you, on a $100 deal.
Your neutral heatware is the first non-positive I have received in over 10 years / 580+ deals.
You appear to have acted like a little kid and done it out of spite to put a blemish on my record. I can live with it if I have to, but I did contact HEATWARE and explain to them what you did, and prior to leaving you a NEGATIVE, explained to the I would not be leaving it in retaliation, but as a warning to future traders.
I think its possible you broke something while playing with it, or maybe even got a better deal after you got it. Regardless of the reason, you wanted to return it, so I did everything in my power to make it right, and leaving me a neutral heatware and calling me out like this is my repayment.
I am out $40+, which happens......but getting a undeserved negative or neutral is not something I will take lightly.
After further investigation, you appear to be some kind of new troll, since it appears you buy stuff, claim it was damaged and then try to get a partial refund or you try and get the seller to make a shipping claim.
You were unhappy with the PC, so I gave you a full refund, plus his cost to ship it back. You left me a neutral, and then called me out over at [H]. That got me going, so I responded to to you there and other members started to PM me about you having a history of getting sellers to either give partial refunds due to damage or to try and get the seller to make a claim with the shipper. The sellers I talked to begrudgingly gave you a partial refund, and since you left them positive heat, they just wrote you off as someone not to trade with again. Good thing you left me a negative. Further investigation reveals the following.
1)You are a out and out liar.
2You claim a lot of times that stuff arrived damaged and try to get money back in a partial refund..
3)9 minutes from where your paypal address is, in the SAME CITY, there is a computer repair shop WITH THE EXACT SAME NAME. Not sure if you are affiliated, but what a coincidence.
You may be using our parts for trouble shooting, AT OUR SHIPPING COST, if you are indeed connected to that shop.
4)The Better Business Bureau in that city rates the shop a D-. (that makes me laugh, sorry)
The following threads involving him paint a fuller picture, SO ANYONE WANTING TO TRADE WITH HIM SHOULD READ THESE AND MAKE THEIR OWN DECISION.

Purchased a Acer Netbook from him, but it would not detect the SSD that was supposed to be inside.
Dposcorp was the Buyer on March 26, 2012 HardForum
I paid on April 27 via; cash and hardware I sent him in partial trade; it arrived on April 31 and would not detect a hard drive installed. Since this was a very hard to open netbook, there was no easy way to check for a drive. (It needed multiple screws and keyboard removed and I didnt want to damage it).
At this point I didnt not know if the drive came loose, or was forgotten to be installed, or intentionally taken out to screw me, since the drive was supposed to be a SSD he installed.
I emailed and PM'd the seller on May 1, and multiple times after that, but did not hear from him for 6 days, on May 7, and this was after him having excellent communication all the way to the point of shipping. During that time frame, I PM'd a mod at [H], who agreed that I had a legitimate beef and was time to contact paypal. I filed a dispute and finally heard from the seller, who showed very little concern for my situation. His reponse was ?Ç£ The SSD is there, I would google the model number to get instructions on removing it.. I figured he didnt give a crap, so I escalated my paypal complaint and tried to fix it myself, and of course broke some keys. At this point after the paypal dispute, he wants me to send it back for a refund, but since the refund would mean he has to ship my parts back to me, and I no longer trusted him to ship properly or even ship at all, or have timely communication, I escalated my paypal complaint. On April 7 he denied a partial refund. However, he then agreed via email that he screwed up, and on April 9 he agreed to a smaller partial refund, and said he would tell paypal. Paypal contacted me on April 9 to see if I would accept it and I said yes.
Today is May 17, and I still do not have a refund and he no longer will respond to me.
I CAN'T BRING MYSELF TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE SINCE I THINK THOSE ARE ONLY FOR TROLLS IN MY BOOK, BUT ANY FUTURE BUYERS NEED TO BEWARE OF HIS POOR SHIPPING AND POOR COMMUNICATION. p.s. The problem ended up being that The SSD is inside, but came loose because it is not installed properly. It is missing the foam cushion or support piece that goes on the other end of the SSD to keep the SSD SATA connector snug when it slides in.......if you move the netbook around enough, the SSD slides back and away from the SATA connector; that is what happened during shipping.May 17, 2012

I bought 3 mini SD Flash Cards With one full size SD adapter, 2 x 2GB cards and 1 x 1GB for $5.00 shipped.
Dposcorp was the Buyer on February 18, 2011 AnandTech
The deal started out well. I paid right away via paypal and he said he would ship right away.
The deal went downhill when the cards arrived.
He had used scotch tape to attach the bare cards and adapter to bare paper, and put them into a paper envelope, inside of a regular paper envelope, and sent it using a forever stamp. No plastic SD card case, no bubble wrap or bubble envelope, and no insurance. I understand he went cheap because it was a $5 deal, but as the seller he is obligated to take care of his end.
I told him I tested the cards in multiple PCs and only one worked. Worse, the 1GB started to overheat when I tried to test it in my camera and caused my camera to lock up.........luckily I didn't walk away because it may have damaged my camera. Never saw that before in my life.
I told him I would ship back for a refund, and after his initial condsending reply, where he implied It was my fault the cards didnt work, I told him I would not ship like he did, but would use a plastic SD card case, bubble envelope, insurance, and delivery confirmation and asked him if he would cover the $4 or so that would cost.
He refused to pay the $4, instead saying he would pay for a $.44 postage stamp like I first mentioned, but I told him that would leave me with no way to track them and no way to refute a claim that they got damaged when I shipped them back in the same poor method. He refused to admit his shipping was improper, and also accused me of trying to troll him for $5 and the cards. Only after threatening negative heat, a paypal dispute, threatening to go to the mods and posting pics of his shipping material did he issue a refund. He then called me a troll again, and called my refund ?Ç£blood money.?Ç¥ It was then that I realized that he was trying to bribe me to keep his heat clear of anything, I wont do that to any future traders, so I reversed his refund, told him to keep the cash, and I will mail the cards back as well since I want nothing to do with him. Now I wait to see if he tries to leave me retaliatory heatware. ANY FUTURE TRADERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Response from MeowKatAL is the man you should be worried about. My excellent 10 year track record speaks for itself. He attempted to keep what didnt belong to him and was rude, arrogant and just plain mean.
Avoid this trader at all costs or suffer the consequences.February 19, 2011
