The shipping company damaged the laptop. The seller was very kind and understanding, and excellent to communicate with.
We decided that I would send the items back and he issued a refund.

FedEx crushed the PC case and power supply I sent, and while waiting for the claim, he was nice enough to purchase another case and power supply to finish the build and test the parts.

Once he was happy, he left me great heat.
I refunded him the cost of the new case and power supply, plus around $40 for the inconvenience and told him to have a beer on me.

He is more then a A+ in my book, and I'll be happy to vouch for his integrity as a trader anytime.
