This is a great story, item wwas sent DOA no fault of anyone, I talked to Rod we decided to RMA the card it had like 2 days remaining on the 1 year warrenty newegg took care of the RMA and Rod sent it back to me! Awsome trader, seller ect! This was a hard transaction due to product failure, but we both made it work. Thanks Rod!
